RHA is committed to respecting the privacy of its donors, whether the donation is made online, by mail, or any other method.
When you make a financial or in-kind donation, you provide your name and contact information. Financial donors provide standard payment information including, in many circumstances, credit card data. We use industry standard safeguards to protect your information. RHA uses other vendors to process credit card transactions, and those companies also use encryption and other appropriate security measures. These measures help to prevent anyone intercepting the credit card information you send to us.
We will not sell, share or trade our donors’ personally identifiable information with any other entity. In addition, we do not send mailings to our donors on behalf of other organizations. Our constituent management software vendors that maintain contact information databases for our event participants, donors, and advocates also use industry safeguards and are bound by strict confidentiality rules.
We use your personal information to provide you with personalized service; send you updates about our impact and upcoming events; and answer your requests. We may send you requests for further support. You may choose to opt out at any time. We may also use aggregate data to track visitor to our website, which lets us know which of our features are the most popular so we can better serve our users’ needs.
